HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Once you have sent off an enquiry, we will get in touch with you to discuss your project, your budget, timeframe and when you would like the job started.
We then come out for a free quote and perform our DETAILED REPORT AND ASSESSMENT. It’s OK if you’re busy and can’t be at home when we come out. With your permission we can take a look on the roof and assess what needs to be done and contact you with some options.
After discussing which option suits you best, we send you a detailed quote, listing exactly the service we will perform and the price.
RESTORATION PROCESS
THE CLEAN
The first stage in the restoration process is the CLEAN. The roof is HIGH PRESSURE WASHED. This sterilises the roof and removes dirt, mould and moss buildup in preparation for the next stage.
ROOF PREPARATION
After the High Pressure Clean we are now able to fully determine the condition of the roof and the integrity of the ridge capping. During this second stage we also replace any damaged or broken tiles.
RIDGECAP REPAIR
This is the final stage before we are ready to apply our sealer and colour coats. The RIDGE CAPS are stripped away from their old concrete bedding, and new bedding laid under the capping. They are then RE-POINTED, locking them in place with flexible silicon based RIDGE POINT.
COLOUR COATINGS
This is the final stage where the roof is sealed and COLOUR COATINGS applied. Once the roof's integrity has been restored, it is now ready for paint application. A fungal and algae inhibitor is sprayed, followed by the PRIMER SEALER, which primes and seals the tiles. Once sealed, we apply the final COLOUR/or HEAT REFLECTIVE COATINGS.
