At Enterprise Roofing we want to make sure that you, the customer, are 100% confident with all parts of the restoration process. We are driven to provide you with the best experience possible and are here to help at every step of the way.

Here are some frequently asked questions but please don't hesitate to get in touch with us about any question or query you may have.
HOW LONG DOES THE RESTORATION PROCESS USUALLY TAKE?
Typically the restoration process ranges from 4 days up to a week or longer on a large project (weather permitting) Each stage is usually completed over a day, with the painting process over 2 days.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST? HOW DO YOU CHARGE?
The cost of a restoration is typically measured by the square metre size of the roof. Other factors include the steepness of the pitch, the access and the tile type. Metal roofs are generally cheaper to restore as the process requires less steps.
LICENCES AND INSURANCE
Enterprise Roofing is a licenced and registered business. The Enterprise team are all licensed builders specialising in Roof Restoration. We have full Trade Insurance with a public liability amount of 20 million AUD.
WHAT WARRANTIES WILL I GET?
All our work is fully warranted for 7 years. The Colour coatings carry a 15 year paint guarantee from DULUX.
WHAT PAINT AND PRODUCTS?
At Enterprise Roofing we understand the importance of using only Australian made and produced materials and products, specifically suited for the harsh Australian environment. We use Dulux Acratex Roofing Membrane for all heat reflective and colour coatings. We use Colorbond for our steel, Leaf Stopper Gutter guard and Selley's pointing materials.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME?
Generally speaking it is not required for you to be home for us to complete your restoration. Typically we can work from the front of your home and access the roof as necessary.
